Goal: Lay out your Blueprint on the MDF Board, and position your Jig components.
Materials: • Blueprint • 2′x4′ x 3/4″ MDF Board • Painters Tape • Drill • 1/4″ bit • 3/8″ bit • Screwdriver • 2 Adjustable Wrenches • Bottom Bracket Assembly • Dropout Assembly • Seat Tube Assembly • Head Tube Assembly

• Make sure to drill precise holes. Drill all the way through the MDF board, and clean up any shavings caught between your board and paper.
2.4 Assemble Jig | Secure Seat & Head Tube Cradle
2.5 Assemble Jig | Secure Bottom Bracket & Dropout Holders
Note: In this video Piper mentions 1/4″ holes for the Bottom Bracket Assembly and the Dropout Assembly. Please note that you are actually drilling 3/8″ holes.
